Where are the prices?
You must log in to your account to view printing prices. If you don't have an account with us yet, you can create one here or contact us so we can work with you directly.

Why create an account?
Creating an account allows you to place printing orders and upload design files easily. Your customer information is stored securely in your account, enabling a quicker checkout process.

Is my customer information safe?
Yes. All information you submit to our site is encrypted. Only you and our staff have access to your customer information and uploaded files.

Can you really print anything?
Well, not anything, but our printing capabilities allow us to print just about anything you can dream up on paper.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?
We guarantee that the finished printed product will match the proof that you approve.

How do I upload my design files once I place an order?

Simply log in to your account, and click the "Upload File" link to the right of "your files" on the main My Account page. When you reach the "upload design file" page, just select your order number from the list (or select Other/Specialty if you placed the order by phone or email). Give the file a descriptive title, and enter any comments or special instructions in the space provided. Then click the "Browse" button to locate the file on your computer. Click "Upload File" when you're ready to upload your design file.

Uploading may take a few minutes if your design file is especially large, so please wait for the file upload to complete. Don't close the window or navigate away from the "upload design file" page. You will receive a "Success!" message when your file upload is complete.

Can I upload files for orders that I place by phone or email?
Yes! You can upload files for orders that you placed by phone or email. Just make sure you talk to us first, so we know to expect your file, and know what we're looking at when we get it.

Why does uploading my file take so long?
Our server's bandwidth exceeds that of all residential and commercial ISP's. If you're experiencing slow uploads, your internet connection's upload speed is probably limited by your provider. Try compressing your files (we accept .zip and .sit files) for faster uploading.

Why does my file upload keep failing?
Your file may be larger than our maximum allowed upload size (100MB), or your internet connection could be erratic. Contact us about other options for sending us the file.
